Transit Charges
VMI will deliver and collect all pre-booked equipment within a 10 mile radius of VMI (W3 6UU) within working hours providing 24 hours notice is given without charge. This includes all addresses within Central London and the City, all of North and West London and much of East London too. This is subject to a minimum order of £100 and confirmed at least a day ahead of delivery.
If the order value is up to £200, then free transport is extended up to the boundary of the M25.
Delivery timings for free delivery are either am or pm (no timed or out of hours deliveries possible with free transport)
Delivery charges are as as follows:
- N/NW Postcode and timed deliveries - £25 each way
- Sameday and timed deliveries within M25 - £40 each way
- Large deliveries 8am-6pm within M25 - £55 each way
- Large deliveries to 7am-8am - £75 each way
- Large deliveries, 7pm-8pm - £75 each way
- Large deliveries 8pm-9pm - £95 each way
- Airport deliveries (after 9.30am weekdays) - £135 each way
- Airport deliveries (before 9.30am weekdays or weekends) - £175 each way
- Transport outside London 80p per mile (calculated on the return mileage - min £55)
Please note that private hires cannot include delivery as we need to check identification prior to hire commencement.
VMI use TNT couriers for 9am next day, 10am next day, 12 noon and next day or Saturday deliveries. Cost is calculated by weight and service, please contact us for quote.
National & International timed deliveries are available using secure couriers tracking via internet. 8am, 10.30am & next day services available. Costs are dependant on weight & service used.
