Squeeze Ratios and Sensor Match When pairing an anamorphic lens with a 16:9 or 4:3 full-frame sensor, the choice of squeeze ratio directly impacts the final aspect ratio and the overall aesthetic. The industry standard options include: 2x Squeeze: The traditional anamorphic standard. When desqueezed, it creates a very wide canvas.
