VMI currently have the opening for a Client Contact to join our busy camera rental facility in West London and are inviting applications now.

As a key member of our rental team, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, processing bookings, and providing expert advice on our extensive range of camera equipment.

Who We’re Looking For

✅ A strong working knowledge of current camera equipment and formats
✅ Minimum 2 years production experience in a production/film environment
✅ Highly motivated and confident in dealing with clients over the phone
✅ Ability to learn quickly and work independently within a team
✅ Excellent communication and computer skills
✅ Strong commercial instinct with a passion for closing deals

You will need to be highly motivated, enjoy dealing with clients over the phone, learn quickly and work well unsupervised in a team environment. Good communication and computer skills are essential, as well as a sound commercial instinct and above all, you must enjoy closing a deal.

The exact experience and profile of the ideal candidate is very much open as this is a key role, so we are looking for the right person to join our tightly knit team.
