VMI Welcomes Claudio Cadman as Deputy Head of Drama.

We’re thrilled to announce that Claudio Cadman has joined VMI as Deputy Head of Drama, bringing his expertise to help expand our drama division.

An award-winning Director of Photography, Claudio has over a decade of experience working across a diverse range of productions, including feature films, documentaries, promos, commercials, TV dramas, and comedies worldwide and and credits include Cunk On Earth, G’wed, Phoenix Rise and Delicious.

His journey in the industry began with hands-on training in the kit room at Electra Film & Television, followed by years of freelance camera assisting, focus pulling, and camera operating before stepping into the role of Director of Photography. This extensive background has given him a deep understanding of filmmaking and cinematography, along with a relentless passion for honing his craft and pushing creative boundaries.

As a long-standing client of VMI, when he decided to hang up his light meter, joining VMI seemed like the perfect fit. Knowing VMI’s quality of service he was keen to become part of the family and instil his deep knowledge and passion for the industry into the company.
