² Use of eSATA interface requires system reboot in order to recognize drive. For FireWire 800 users, OWC recommends that the Voyager be the only device connected or the last device in the chain when hot-swapping drives. If you have other devices behind the Voyager, not all devices will remount after a drive is swapped. When that occurs, a power-cycle is needed for that device. For eSATA users, a system reboot is required in order to recognize drive.
