Optimo 19.4-94 is motion picture film lens with superior optics and replaces the popular 17-80/T2.2 lens which vignettes in S-35 on Alexa etc when fully wide.
This newly designed lens will be released in September 2012 and does not vignette on any S-35 sensors.
Complementary version of Optimo 17-80, Optimo 19.5-94 has been specially designed for an image coverage up to 31.4 mm diagonal for a perfect compatibility with all S35 Film and Digital cameras – full frame 5K format of Epic among others.
