VMI is run by Ryan Dean under the RD Group, now supplying some of the leading productions in the UK.
Founder of RD. Has led London’s fastest growing creative production agency for the last fifteen years, and has adopted VMI into the RD Group to strengthen support possible for UK productions. Also responsible for running film studios and producing original content.
Lloyd leads VMI’s rental operation and desk. He and his team ensure every package that leaves the building is right for the shoot: tested, prepped and matched to the production’s needs and budget.
Sam leads VMI’s TV division, supporting broadcasters, factual, entertainment and documentary productions with kit, technical guidance and fast turnarounds.
With over a decade of experience working across a diverse range of production as a DOP, Claudio now leads VMI’s drama department, working with productions, DOPs and camera departments on long-form drama, building bespoke camera and lens packages from prep through wrap. His extensive background equips him with a deep understanding of filmmaking and what’s expected on high-standard production.
With more than 30 years in film and television, Michael oversees VMI’s day-to-day operations and equipment fleet, from logistics and scheduling to facilities, making sure kit gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
Mike brings over 30 years of experience from some of the industry’s most respected rental houses, including Samuelsons, ARRI Media, Panavision, Pixi Pixel and Take 2. He leads VMI’s camera department and technical team, overseeing the testing and preparation of every camera in the fleet, and is a passionate mentor to VMI’s junior technicians.
