Client Satisfaction Survey

Staying close to the customer is crucial to our success and unless we ask our clients how we are doing, then we can’t know if we are succeeding at delivering to the the very highest level.

Since 2008, we have undertaken to complete a client satisfaction survey annually and which we send to all of our clients and publish the results on the web. These surveys were originally hosted by ConstantContact and more recently SurveyMonkey, to ensure independence and consistency.

It is very important to consider that whilst some dramas can shoot for more than 6 months with our equipment, the producer will still only receive one vote, so we take the results very seriously indeed and always aim to improve on our impeccably high standards.
