2021 VMI Annual Client Survey – Best Ever Results

The latest annual VMI client survey had the best results of all time achieving a client satisfaction score of 4.8 out of 5, or 96% client approval rating, which I am utterly thrilled about. (3 is average, 4 is good and 5 is excellent).

Respondents also volunteered some really lovely comments too, which are pasted at the bottom of the survey.

In December 2021, we held our 14th annual client satisfaction survey, asking all VMI clients who had hired from us in the previous 12 months exactly what they thought about us and we have included them for you here.
