Angenieux EZ-3 Cinema Zoom 68-250mm T3.5 (VV/FF)

Third in the Angénieux EZ film zoom lens series.  Covers FF/VistaVision format or S35.

This zoom lens has a zoom range of 45-165mm T2.3 (S35) / 68-250mm T3.5 (FF). By exchanging the rear lens group, the lens converts coverage from S-35 to FF, though this is a workshop process.

With a fast T2.3/T3.5 aperture, the lens provides exceptional performance from wide-angle to mid-range focal lengths. While there may be slight ramping at the telephoto end, the EZ-3 compensates by maintaining a consistent T-stop across the entire zoom range when set to T3 (S35) or T4.5 (FF), ensuring consistent exposure and image quality throughout your shoot.

The EZ-3 newly designed quick IRO (Interchangeable Rear Optics) mechanism, allowing seamless conversion from S35 to FF format in just 5 minutes. Switching between feet and meters is equally quick, providing filmmakers with flexibility when needed on set. Additionally, the EZ-3 is fully compatible with accessories from the original EZ Series.
